1. Overview

Running Club Check-In provides software to help running clubs manage attendance and member information.

By using this service, you agree to these terms.


2. Use of the service

The platform is intended for use by running clubs and their administrators.

You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.


3. Accounts

  • Each club is responsible for its account and access credentials
  • Club administrators control access for their club
  • You must not share login details inappropriately

4. Data responsibility

Running clubs are responsible for:

  • The data they collect
  • Ensuring they have the right to store member information
  • Managing member consent where required

Running Club Check-In acts only as a data processor.


5. Data ownership

All data entered into the system remains the property of the club.

We do not claim ownership of your data.


6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.


7. Payments

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe
  • Subscriptions can be upgraded or cancelled at any time
  • Failure to maintain a valid subscription may result in limited access

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Interfere with the operation of the system

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Breach these terms
  • Misuse the service

10. Liability

Running Club Check-In is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

  • Data entered by clubs
  • Loss of data due to user error
  • Indirect or consequential loss

11. Changes to the service

We may update or improve the service at any time.
